Designing and building web sites is something we’re passionate about. Everything we do
is completely unique and we take enormous pride in our work. 
     
GreenWeb Ltd is surprisingly affordable, please feel free to request a no obligation quote
and judge for yourself.

There are no hidden fees - you only pay the amount agreed in our quote to build your web
site.  Domain names are free for the first year with a small annual fee after that. Hosting for
the first three months is free and after that is charged $25 per quarter.

We’re available to answer your questions or for any other support you may need even once your web site is finished and live on the web.

2. You're based in Kerikeri and I’m not. Does location matter? 

No, location is not a problem at all. As you can see from our portfolio, we have designed
web sites for clients around the world. In fact we never even need to meet you if you prefer
to have contact by phone and email only that’s fine.

3. How can I find out how much my web site will cost?

4. What about updates?

Any minor updates / changes are free of charge in the first two weeks after the completion
of your site. After that we can do any maintenance (adding/deleting/changing content) at
our standard hourly rate of $50 per hour.

5. What additional features can I have on my web site?

Apart from the normal content and images you see on almost every web site we also offer many features such as Flash photo galleries, animations, sound etc. There is not much
we cannot do so please ask if you have something in mind.

6. I don’t know much about web sites. How do I know what features I should have?

Not to worry… It’s part of our service to fully discuss the options with you and explore
your business goals and objectives. This way, we get a better understanding of what you
are after and can work out the best possible web site option for your requirements.

7. What is Hosting?

Web site files are stored on powerful computers called web servers. These servers operate
24 hours a day, serving the web site files to visitors. A poor web server can make a web site sluggish so it's a good idea to go with a company you can trust. GreenWeb Ltd uses a very reliable and secure hosting service which it provides to it’s clients free of charge for the first three months is free and after that is charged $25 per quarter.

8. What is a domain name?

Domain names are a web site’s unique world wide web address (www.your-websites-name.co.nz). No two names can be the same so choosing one that identifies your company
is very important. We can help you choose your domain name or tell you if the one you want
is available. 
 
We can set up and maintain your hosting and domain name for as little as $150 per year. It’s important to remember that domain names need renewing annually, GreenWeb automatically reminds it’s clients one month before renewal is due to avoid the unpleasant situation of discovering that someone else has bought your web name! 

If you already have web space or if you'd prefer to organize this yourself, you can simply set
up your own account and provide us with the login details.

9. What if I need more help?

Whether you require some internet coaching, want to understand how to make the most of
your new web site or simply get an email your not sure about please just give us a call or
email us and we'll be glad to help out. We can organise on site training for staff as well if required.

10. So what happens next?

The first thing we like to do discuss with you (face to face if possible) what it is you do and
what your looking for in a web site. This gives us a better feel for you and your business. We then draw up a few concept pages based on this meeting. We then run these ideas past you for your approval and further discussion. If you don't have time to meet, we can do and have done this via email and phone. These initial stages are completely free and are on a no-obligation basis.

Once you are happy for us to proceed, we sign the necessary paperwork and get started on
the project. Throughout the process, we will stay in touch to make sure we’re doing everything to achieve your ideal web site. Once your web site is up and running, we offer  ongoing support upon completion to make sure you get the most out of your web site and to answer any questions.
